The Northern Inland Academy of Sport (NIAS) is calling for applications for an Operations Coordinator. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team and contribute to the development of young athletes across the region.

As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily operations, managing databases, and driving impactful projects. This position involves enhancing NIAS’s brand through social media, engaging stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to work closely with talented athletes, coaches, and other team members in a supportive and dynamic work environment that offers ample professional growth opportunities. 

The Operations Co-Ordinator will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, and NIAS staff to ensure appropriate resource allocation and successful support is provided. They will ensure that the organisation delivers best practice in customer service across all areas of the business.  

This is a full-time position based in the NIAS Office, located in the Tamworth, and operates primarily standard office hours. However, some weekend and after-hours work is required from time to time. NIAS values staff work/life balance, however, flexibility and communication are key.
